All good — we loved this brand-new hotel — the food was outstanding and the staff were super-friendly. The location to Japanese restaurant was particularly good and stunning. Easily reached Makito Fusion Restaurant, located within walking distance of the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

It had exceptionally nice location, close enough to the restaurants at lunch and dinner, neat shops and resteraunts too, and Mexico and Cancun. The beds were amazing here, and the rooms were fully-equipped. The service here was excellent.

The place was spotless, I booked the a double room with views of terrace, everything was beautiful. Location: the hotel was really close to Tulum ruins, and the restaurants at lunch and dinner. I was here for 4 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for dinner. Great services were available. Late check-out was useful.

Bacon, croissants, hot waffles, and pancakes looked great. We ate at a pretty good restaurant for dinner. The location of the hotel was fab - just a pleasant stroll away from Dolphin Discovery.

A brilliant way to end my trip. Super breakfast with lots of croissants, muffins, hot waffles and pancakes to satisfy every guest. The rooms nicely decorated and brand-new with super shower and TV, as example.

Overall - perfect place with accommodating staff from a Catalonia staff member. Spotless and new-fashioned room where the water was brown, stunning position. Great breakfast for a light meal for all tastes. Great way to end our holiday.

Great and stunning location for our visit to Marina Puerto Aventuras Office at walking distance from the hotel. 15 minutes' walk to the bus stop. Modest, new-fashioned room with refrigerator, a bath on the balcony, a pretty view.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the beach. The a-la-carte restaurants offered a great variety of delicious food options. The staff was friendly and always there to assist us with any request. The room amenities were top-notch, including a mini-bar, balcony, and in-room safe. The spa and wellness center provided a relaxing experience with its sauna, jacuzzi, and full-body massages. The entertainment was fantastic with a night club and live performances. The beach access and sun loungers allowed us to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful views. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it.

Our room was spotless and modest, provided with free soda and a 2 comfy double beds, as example. Lots of GREAT food, we loved it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the facilities was impressive, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, as we were close to the marina where we could see dolphins playing. The hotel provided transportation to the beach and restaurants, making it convenient for us. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff ensured that our drinks were always refilled. we were very satisfied with our experience.
